This site is operated by threep LLC in North Texas. It is an independent guide, not affiliated with the State of Texas.

What we collect

Seat-check form: name, work email, business name, approximate employee count, Microsoft 365 seats, Texas city, questionnaire answers (MFA, admins, backups, WISP status), and an optional note. Submissions are emailed to leads@threep.ai for follow-up.
Spam protection: a Cloudflare Turnstile token, verified server-side.
Newsletter: the Subscribe form is powered by Beehiiv. Beehiiv processes your email under Beehiiv’s terms and privacy policy.
Analytics (optional at deploy): Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-oriented. No third-party ad pixels.

How we use it

Form data is used only to respond to your seat-check or WISP inquiry and the service conversation that follows. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Lead emails are kept as long as needed to respond and keep a normal business record, then deleted or archived according to threep LLC practice.
